This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, including DFARS subpart 217-71. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Scope of Work (SOW) is included with additional information for line item. This office will not accept any telephonic, written, or faxed requests for a copy of the solicitation. Request for quotation (RFQ): CLIN DESCRIPTION 0001 Provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide a Marine Observer to perform inspections aboard the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Hopper Dredge McFarland during all dredging operations in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 0002 Option Year 1 0003 Option Year 2 0004 Option Year 3 0005 Option Year 4 Inspection and Acceptance: See Performance Work Statement. Period of performance: The performance period shall be a base year and four option years, beginning on 1 May 2023. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, published 14 February 2023. This solicitation is being competed as a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 541620- Environmental Consulting Services with a small business size standard of $19.0 million dollars.
