Abstract of Bid Opening ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** Amendment #1 - posted to respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) received to date. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) from the USACE Marine Design Center of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to acquire two (2) welded steel barges. The barges will be used in support of the civil works maintenance and repair mission of the St. Paul District. Delivery and final acceptance will be at the U.S. Army Engineer District St. Paul, Fountain City Wisconsin. There will be liquidated damages associated with this procurement. Bid guarantee, payment, and performance bonding will be required.
