The Contractor shall perform the following duties: Provide an underbridge access vehicle, driver, and operator to provide access to aid U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) bridge inspectors in the inspection of the bridges listed below located throughout the Philadelphia District area of responsibility. The inspection truck will be in good working condition and the Contractor will certify that the inspection truck has been inspected in accordance with ANSI 92.8 within one year of when the truck will be used for the inspections specified in this contract. Any deficiencies or problems noted in the truck’s inspection will have been corrected and all documentation of inspection and repairs will be available for government review. Vehicles and machinery owned or operated by the Contractor shall be clearly marked with Contractor's name and/or company logo. Work wardrobe and PPE worn while on-site shall be clearly marked with Contractor's name and/or company logo.
