This is a Request for Information for informational purposes only, not an RFP or solicitation, and the Government is not obligated to award a contract based on responses. Interested businesses may submit a brief capabilities statement of no more than ten 8.5 x 11-inch pages, in bullet format with font no smaller than 10 point, electronically in Word or PDF to the Contracting Specialist, referencing the synopsis number in the subject line and on all documents. Responses should include organization name, address, POCs and contact details, ownership type, and tailored capability statements with supporting documentation; if significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated, the administrative and management structure should be addressed. Submitted materials will not be returned, classified material must not be submitted, and marked corporate or proprietary data will be protected from release outside the Government. No phone or email solicitations regarding RFP status will be accepted before its release.
