This effort will modernize and automate the measurement of operational effectiveness for software development and program management to support the National Background Investigation Services (NBIS). The project will leverage artificial intelligence to streamline the analysis of productivity metrics, labor costs, and cloud operations. It aims to deliver unified program visibility, normalized data for decision-making, and stronger operational governance. By automating software development telemetry, it will enable leadership to compare team performance and make evidence-based adjustments. This initiative supports NBIS’s agile-first strategy and its critical Trusted Workforce 2.0 goals.
