The U.S. Army is conducting market research to identify mature commercial software solutions and related support services for a Network Operations (NetOps) platform. The software must provide network management, cybersecurity, and information dissemination capabilities to support a modernizing, secure network. Interested vendors with a mature solution must submit a capability statement via email to the listed points of contact. To access the detailed technical requirements containing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), offerors must request access through SAM.gov and will need Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 compliance. The Army intends to procure software licenses directly from original equipment manufacturers.
