This project for the Aeronautics Laboratory is located at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The scope is interior modernization into a state-of-the-art research facility while preserving the historic exterior, including upgraded finishes, repaired walls/ceilings, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements. Renovations will add researcher workstations, improve Cadet study and workshop areas, update classrooms, and provide space for rapid prototyping and 3D printing. Exterior glazing will be replaced to meet current AT/FP regulations, and the requirement will be acquired under 10 USC 2808a Other Transaction Authority for Military Construction Projects.
