This is a 100% small business set-aside opportunity for repairs and upgrades to an existing fuel storage and dispensing facility. The work includes concrete and pavement repairs, water removal from an underground communications access box, emergency fuel shutoff and leak detection installation, and repair/recoating of fuel system canopies, piping, and related components. Additional scope includes replacing tank vents, improving grounding systems, modifying platforms for safe tank equipment access, and upgrading the automatic tank gauging system and controls.
