$150M UNR SCIF/HEMP AE Services MATOC
This is a pre-solicitation notice for an unrestricted Architect-Engineer (A-E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and high-altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) shielding, with a targeted pool of four contractors. The government intends to issue the solicitation on or about 1 September 2026. The contract will have a total duration of seven years (five-year base plus two-year option) and a shared capacity of $150M. Services will primarily support the USACE Omaha District but may be used by other districts and include locations worldwide. Scope includes design/construction documents, Design-Build RFP preparation, cost estimating, commissioning, and various construction phase services.
