The opportunity is for MRRIC Chair professional services delivered in close coordination with MRRIC, the lead agency, and one or more meeting facilitators. The Chair will impartially support diverse Committee members in articulating interests and perspectives, help the Committee formulate consensus-based recommendations to the lead agency regarding the USACE MRRP, and assist USACE in planning and leading constructive MRRIC engagements. Work must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
