This project is the first phase of a major renovation for Sijan Hall, focusing on the far west end of the building. The work involves a complete gut and rebuild of approximately 155,158 square feet across six levels, using modern technology while preserving the historic design. The interior and exterior will retain their historic character, and the building primarily contains Cadet bedrooms along with other programs. The renovation will be extensive, taking the structure down to its primary framework. The performance location is Sijan Hall.
