The US Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District is seeking industry comments on a draft RFP for a $280M small business set-aside Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) Military/Civil Construction MATOC. The draft RFP is available for review, and comments are voluntary and will inform the development of the final solicitation. Technical questions can be submitted through the ProjNet Bidder Inquiry system. No proposals should be submitted in response to the draft. The government will not respond to comments during this period but will consider them for the final RFP.
