The scope covers repairs and upgrades at a fuel dispenser/offload island, including concrete repair, draining the communications handhole, installing an EFSO station, and mounting leak detector probes. It also requires asphalt circulation pavement, canopy coating replacement, splash blocks, and replacement of roof penetration boot seals for each tank vent pipe. Additional work includes replacing aboveground fuel pipeline coatings, providing a deadman for truck loading, and supplying coated bolts, studs, and washers. Tank and platform work involves replacing tank vents, replacing a pump motor nameplate, repairing tank grounding, grounding tank stairs, and modifying/extending existing platforms for safe access to tank appurtenances. The project also includes upgrading the ATG console and modules.
