Chalk Rock Link Trail Project
This solicitation has been canceled and is restricted to Small Business. The work involves clearing and grubbing a trail corridor at least 72 inches wide and 80 inches high, then constructing approximately 2,250 linear feet of trail with bench excavation, tread shaping, drainage features, switchbacks, and a compacted crushed gravel surface. The finished trail tread will be 36–48 inches wide, with a 4-foot by 8-foot gravel pad at the halfway point, and cleared vegetation must be piled near the staging area for future USACE removal. Performance will be at Fort Randall Dam, 399 Powerhouse Road, Pickstown, SD 57367. A site visit is scheduled for August 24 at 10am local time, with RSVP requested by COB August 21.
