Gavins Point Raw Water Intake Zebra Mussel Mitigation
The Government intends to issue a solicitation for the Gavins Point Raw Water Intake Zebra Mussel Mitigation project, which is restricted to Small Businesses. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and materials to design and install a new zebra mussel mitigation system, including two local tank skids and pump skids, to protect the powerhouse raw water intakes. Work must commence upon contract award and be completed within 210 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance of services will take place at the Gavins Point Project in Crofton, Nebraska.
