This is a pre-solicitation notice for a refuse collection services contract at the Big Bend Project on Corps of Engineers lands. The performance of services will take place on lands surrounding Lake Sharpe, near Fort Thompson, South Dakota. The contract is restricted to small businesses under NAICS code 562111 and will be a fixed-price, performance-based agreement with a one-year base period and three one-year option periods. The official solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about February 18, 2026. All contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) with the applicable NAICS code.
