Demolition and construct/renovate of the POL Admin and Operations Facility 7229 (CLIN 0001), Fuel Dispatch Facility 9744 (CLIN 0003), and the Fuel Laboratory Facility 9647 (CLIN 0004). These existing facilities structures are in relatively good condition and will be completely gutted and renovated per the requirements indicated herein. Construct the following new structures: Flightline Crew Shelters (CLIN 0005, CLIN 0006), and Restroom at Pump House Facility 7931 (CLIN 0002, CLIN 0008). These new facilities will be constructed per the requirements indicated herein. Design and construction of improvements will be in accordance with the latest version of the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar Requirements, Specific Facilities Design / Construction Requirements.
