The solicitation will close on or about 22 August 2025. The solicitation is Unrestricted and Open to Both Large and Small Business Participation. Site Visit: A Site Visit will be scheduled and additional information regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation via FAR Clause 52.236-27. The site visit is tentatively scheduled for 12 August 2025. Project Description: The work consists of replacing the existing Intake crane rails along the entire crane runway at the Gavins Point Project Powerhouse located near Yankton, South Dakota. The intake crane rails serve to allow the Intake Gantry crane to gantry down the intake deck. The contractor must fabricate and install the new intake crane rails. The sequencing of demolition and installation of the crane rails must minimize project time without an operational intake crane. The Contractor will be required to commence work upon receipt of contract award and complete the work 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance. Estimated Construction Costs: The estimated construction cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
