The solicitation will close on or about 3 September 2025. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Project Description: Contractor will supply all labor, equipment, and materials for preparing and paving concrete pads at Gavins Point Project campground locations. The Contractor will be required to commence work upon receipt of contract award and complete the work 250 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance. Estimated Construction Costs: The estimated construction cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a size standard for Small Business of $19M.
