PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: On or above 31 July 2025, the SOLICITATION for W9128F25QA049 "AERIAL RECONNAISSANCE SERVICE" will be posted with supporting documents. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a non-personnel services Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) The contractor shall provide the services described. In general, the services will involve flying Corps of Engineers personnel over projects sites within the Northwestern Division for the purposes of reconnaissance level inspections of completed and potential projects. Other services that may be required at some project sites include uncontrolled oblique aerial photography, georectified photos/videos, drone photography, and aerial mapping. Flight video and photos must have GPS metadata encoding that meets the MISB standard necessary for viewing in ESRI Full Motion Video extension. GPS metadata will also be provided so that location information can be shown in google earth while video is playing. The contractor shall meet all requirements and certifications necessary for transporting federal government employees.
