Pre-Solicitation Notice W9128F25Q0035 Cold Brook Cottonwood Noxious Weeds Total Vegetation Spray on Cold Brook Cottonwood Project Corps of Engineers lands On or about 15 April 2025, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for Cold Brook Cottonwood Noxious Weeds Total Vegetation Spray The solicitation will close on or about 24 April 2025. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY Project Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, chemical, supplies, and transportation to perform chemical application to control all vegetation in the designated areas during the 2025- 2027 growing season. Approximately 190 acres are to be kept free of vegetation on Cold Brook Cottonwood Corps of Engineers lands as noted on the PWS. This is a commercial non-personal service. Period of Performance: Base year 1-year, With 2 one-year optional periods (With inactive periods) NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561730 - Landscaping Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $9.5M. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 561730 is included in their profile prior to submission of offer.
