Pre-Solicitation Notice W9128F25Q0014 GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR MISSOURI RIVER PROJECT OFFICE On or about 19 February 2025, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for LANDSCAPING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT MISSOURI RIVER PROJECT OFFICE, Nebraska. The solicitation will close on or about 6 March 2025. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. Site Visit: Site visit information will be issued with the solicitation. Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide landscaping and grounds maintenance at the Corps of Engineers’ Missouri River Project (MRP) as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Period of Performance: Base year 1-year, With four (4) optional periods NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561730, Landscaping Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $9.5M. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 561730 is included in their profile prior to submission of offer. Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract shall be performed at the Corps of Engineers Missouri River Project Office, 9901 Pershing Drive, Omaha, NE 68112. The Missouri River Project Office is located along the Missouri River just north of Interstate 680 and the Mormon Bridge.
