The Government intends to issue an SDVOSB Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 07 March 2024 for Rapid Response Services for a $35M Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The contract awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Rapid Response/Immediate Response/Emergency Response (RR/IR/ER), Environmental Remediation (ERS) Services and Other Mission Related Support Services under NAICS Code 562910, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and its customers CONUS (Continental United States), including Alaska and Hawaii, and outlying areas within South Atlantic Division (SAD) Areas of Responsibilities (AORs). The contract awarded will include both cost reimbursement and firm fixed price task orders, for response actions and remediation of various hazardous waste sites.
