The scope of this environmental operations and services contract is to provide interim Fence-to-Fence (F2F) environmental compliance support activities necessary to support the Department of Air Force (DAF) and Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) environmental mission requirements at Ellsworth AFB, Grand Forks AFB, Minot AFB, and Offutt AFB. Environmental Compliance Support activities include but are not limited to: Installation HAZMAT Management Program Manager (IHMP) Support; Hazardous Waste (HW) Management Support; Recycling, Hazardous Waste; and Recycling, Other Regulated Waste.
