On or about 28 August 2024, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for Certified Court-Reporter Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District. The solicitation will close on or about 13 September 2024. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide court reporting services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District. The place of performance will primarily take place in Omaha, NE, and may, on occasion, occur remotely or in-person at locations other than Omaha, NE. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor, who in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to include non-personal services necessary to perform services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Capacity for this Contract will be up to $250,000. The minimum task order value is $2,500 and the maximum task order value is $100,000. Period of Performance: This Contract will be in effect for 5 years from date of award. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561492, Court Reporting and Stenotype Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $19,000,000.00 in annual receipts. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 561492 is included in their profile prior to submission of offer.
