The lawn is approximately 6.7 acres with sidewalks and curbs totaling approximately 10,650 linear feet. Services include weed spraying, aerating, power raking, mowing, weed whacking, branch clearing, tree and bush trimming, sidewalk edging and spring cleanup. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. Base year - Date of Award - March 31, 2025 Option year one - Apri 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026 Option year two - April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027 Option year three - April 1, 2027 - March 31, 2028 Site Visit: A formal Site Visit will not be scheduled; however, offerors are invited to arrange their own side visit if they would like to inspect the site where work will be performed.
