Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months, and four (4) Option Years of 12 months each. Period of Base Performance Year is April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. Period of Option Year One is April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Period of Option Year Two is April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. Period of Option Year Three is April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028. Period of Option Year Four is April 1, 2028 to March 31, 2029.
