Site Visit: Site visit information is contained in the solicitation. Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, accessories, and equipment as may be necessary to maintain, inspect, repair, one (1) Government-owned Fairchild EC-26D Metro 23 (SA 227DC) aircraft and to operate the aircraft to and between such places and at such times as designated by a Government authorized representative. The aircraft shall be operated and maintained in accordance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations for the particular category and class of aircraft. Place of Performance: The performance of services will be primarily in the continental United States within the geographic boundaries of NWD. However, the aircraft and crew can be directed outside the continental United States to its outlying areas as required to respond to emergency operations or water treaty issues. The aircraft is based at Offutt AFB, Omaha, Nebraska and will be operated approximately 550-600 hours per year.
