The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, and supervision to perform advisory and assistance services under the subcategory Strategic Planning for the USACE Omaha District. The contractor will create an organizational overview video that is six (6) minutes in length, and three (3) separate videos that are two (2) minutes of length each and highlight workforce priorities of the Omaha District. The Contract will have three (3) options, each option will be for one (1–2 minute length) video.
