INTENT SCOPE OF SERVICES: The general scope of services will be for the removal, repair, installation, testing and inspection of hydro turbine wicket gates servomotor at federal hydropower facilities. The scope of work will include but is not limited to the following: - Turbine wicket gate servomotors repairs - Removal and installation of heavy hydraulic servomotors (350 PSI operating, approx. weight 13,500 lbs. per servo). To include rigging and hoisting of heavy equipment. Pre and Post machinist measurements Typical services may include: - Cylinder Honing, chroming, wiper seal replacement, cast iron piston rings replacement - Hydraulic piping repair/replacement - Pipe welding (will require a certified pipe welder) - Hydraulic pressure testing - Troubleshooting & repair of various types of hydraulic powered equipment - Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services Please complete this form and return to Contract Specialist Ms. Lynne Reed at lynne.d.reed@usace.army.mil and Contracting Officer Mr. John Hickman at john.d.hickman@usace.army.mil on or before Thursday January 26, 2023 by 4:00 PM CT.
