On or about 15 February 2023, The Government intends to issue a solicitation for award of a target of four (4) firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) a... On or about 15 February 2023, The Government intends to issue a solicitation for award of a target of four (4) firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) awards for a total of $56M in shared capacity for Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services for preparations of studies, analysis, and design services for Military and Civil projects within the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Northwestern Division (NWD) under NAICS 541330. The Government will limit task orders under this MATOC to firm-fixed price (FFP). This MATOC will have a seven (7) year performance period (one 4-year base period, and one 3-year option period). IDCs will include projects will include various types of horizontal and vertical facilities, structures, and sites, on military bases and other federal installations, as well as civil projects for the Corps of Engineers. Examples of military projects may include but not limited to: barracks, hangars, utilities, battalion headquarters buildings, access control points, religious facilities, brigade and company operations facilities, officer quarters, and various others. These projects may include new construction, renovation, or maintenance of facilities. Each task order to be issued will fully describe the design project or the accomplished studies and will identify all work to be accomplished. Please be advised that an online registration requirement in System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ exists and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual Representations and Certifications on SAM. Representations and certifications are required to be up-dated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective for one year from date of submission or update to SAM. Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via https://SAM.gov. Registration is required to access solicitation documents. The website https://SAM.gov provides secure access to acquisition-related information, synopsis or pre-solicitation notices and amendments.
