Site Visit: A Site Visit is scheduled and additional information regarding the site visit is provided in the solicitation via FAR Clause 52.236-27. The site visit is scheduled for 29 March 2023. Project Description: This project will involve removing and replacing the existing crane rails to support new 60-ton Crane on the intake deck of the Big Bend Powerhouse. Work includes removal of asphalt sealant, rails, grounding cable and anchor bolts. Install new upsized rail to support larger crane, complete with new grout pad, anchor bolts, grounding cables and flexible rail sealant. The Contractor will be required to commence work upon receipt of contract award and complete the work 549 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance. Estimated Construction Costs: The estimated construction cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
