Site Visit: A formal Site Visit will not be scheduled; however, offerors are invited to arrange their own site visit if they would like to inspect the site where work will be performed. Project Description: Contractor shall be responsible for the grinding of existing thin set (1” max) and replace approximately 400 sf of 6" X 6" - 3/4" tile that will be provided. The work will be done on the power plant generator floor in the general area of Unit 2 Downstream side where tile needs to be replaced as indicated on the reference photos. The Contractor will be required to commence work within 20 days after receipt of Award, and to complete the work not to exceed 60 days, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance. Estimated Construction Costs: The estimated construction cost of this project is less than $25,000.
