The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces its intent to issue a solicitation for “Garrison Project Side Dump Trailer”. The solicitation will close on 12 May 2023 at 2pm CST. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this supply contract is to purchase one (1) new, current production year side dump trailer to be pulled by a Government semi-tractor for the Garrison Project. The side dump trailer shall be used to haul gravel aggregates, fill/waste soils, debris, and riprap stone. Part of this supply contract will be for the dealer/supplier to install the needed controls inside the Government owned semi-tractor to perform all functions of tub tilt (both directions), electric tarp operation, tag axle lift/lower operation, etc. so that the Operator can perform all functions inside the cab without having to leave the cab. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 336212 Truck Trailer Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
