Pre-Solicitation W9128F23Q0056 Soldier Creek Guardrail Repair on Big Bend Project Corps of Engineers lands On or about 25 May 2023, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for Soldier Creek Guardrail. The solicitation will close on or about 09 June 2023. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses only. Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials to remove and dispose of the existing damaged guardrail components and to install new components to return the guardrail to a complete system. The new guardrail system shall be comprised of existing components that are in acceptable condition and newly installed components supplied by the contractor per the manufacturer’s recommendations and applicable standards and regulations for guardrail systems. Period of Performance: POP: 90 days after NTP The above project description is for information only. Project scope of work is subject to change. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard for Small Business of $45M. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity.
