**For full description please see attached solicitation** The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items to ... **For full description please see attached solicitation** The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items to include non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This is a non-personal services contract to provide janitorial services at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, F.E. Warren Resident Office (Bldg 305 = 1,100 sf and Bldg 306 = 2200 sf). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services for the Corps of Engineers as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. This is a fixed priced, performance-based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed. Period of Performance. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and three (3) 12-month option years. Active performance period will be 01 April through 31 March. The Period of Performance reads as follows: Base Year: 01 June 2023 through 31 May 2024 Option Year 1: 01 June 2024 through 31 May 2025 Option Year 2: 01 June 2025 through 31 May 2026 Option Year 3: 01 June 2026 through 31 May 2027
