Project Description: The tasks identified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) include the development of a strategy to amplify the Omaha District’s capability to build relationships with Tribal Nations within the Omaha District’s Area of Responsibility to foster 1) engagement in pre-decisional consultation, 2) identification of economic capacity and growth opportunities available through the use of existing authorities to include Federal interagency collaboration, and 3) protection of natural and cultural resources when practicable. The Period of Performance for this effort is due 180 days after award. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 541990- All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $19.5M.
