Please review and when sending in your offer, please enclose the acknowledgement for the Amendment. ================================================================================================= The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District seeking contractors for an Indefinite Delivery Contract for minor construction for the rehabilitation of roads and grounds located at the Gavins Point Dam Project specifically in Yankton County of South Dakota and Cedar and Knox County, NE. The contract will be effective for 5 years from the date of award. Task Orders will be issued on the base contract and the work will be required to commence a short time after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Each task order will be issued with a time of completion and provisions will be included for liquidated damages if required. Performance and payment bonds will be required for each individual task order over $25,000 in value. Prices will be determined at time of award with estimated quantities and may change based on maintenance needs throughout the duration of the contract. ROM: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 NOTE: All questions need to be entered into the ProjNet System. The ProjNet instructions are located In section 00 21 00 of the solicitation.
