The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items necessary to including but not limited to design, install, and operate dewatering system to lower ground water level in the work area; remove and replace the existing collector pipe system (toe drain, toe drain outfall connector pipe, relief well collector pipe, and outfalls for relief wells) located near the downstream toe of the dam; abandon six (6) existing wells; connect existing and six (6) new relief wells with new collector pipe system; install four (4) new manholes; construct a riprapped stilling basin at the new outfall location of the collector pipe system. The Contractor will be required to demonstrate their experience in dewatering and performing excavation at a dam. The Government expects this project to be valued between $1M and $4M. Offeror's are encouraged to provide data on this form, brochures, company profile information, or any other prepared marketing materials that would highlight the company's prowess at performing work of this nature for the Government's review.
