On or about 12 August 2022, the Government intends to issue a synopsis for A-E Secure Spaces Design and Inspection Services - Worldwide. The Government will limit task orders under this A-E MATOC to firm-fixed price (FFP). This A-E MATOC will have a five (5) year period of performance ordering period with a shared capacity of $30M. These replacement contracts will include contracts for security and renovation engineering, design, and construction phase services primarily supporting Omaha District's ongoing support of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Defense Attaché Office renovations. These contracts will also support other DoD stakeholders and federal agencies on matters of homeland security and infrastructure. These AE contracts require OCONUS travel with Top Secret-cleared personnel, and the ability to produce, store, and distribute classified documents. Contracts will require work with the Department of State and the DIA to produce classified design documents. The NAICS for this action is 541330 – Engineering Services. Please be advised that an online registration requirement in System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ exists and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual Representations and Certifications on SAM. Representations and certifications are required to be up-dated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
