***24MAR2022 - Removed and replaced Section B Spreadsheet to accurately reflect the labor disciplines indicated in Amendment 0001. ***21MAR2022 – Amendment 0001 revises Sections B, C, L, and M and include the Section B spreadsheet and Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) form. Offerors will be required to submit their proposals via DOD SAFE as indicated in the revision to Section L. Offerors should request a drop code NO LATER THAN 2PM Central Standard Time (CST) five (5) calendar days before the proposal due date in order to request a code which will allow for file uploads via the DoD SAFE site. The Offeror is required to submit its offer on or before 30 March 2022 at 2 pm central time (local time) in accordance with the instructions found in Section L of the Solicitation. The resulting contract awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Single Task Order Contract (SATOC) as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District. This is an ID/IQ SATOC for Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Small Business (SB) Set-Aside under NAICS Code 562910, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District (USACE) and its customers in the Continental United States (CONUS) including Alaska and Hawaii, and outlying areas within the South Atlantic Division (SAD) and Pacific Ocean Division (POD) Areas of Responsibility (AOR). The contract awarded will include both cost reimbursement and firm fixed price task orders, for response actions and remediation of various hazardous waste sites as identified in Section C. The offeror is required to be registered under NAICS code 562910 in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https//www/sam.gov/SAM/. The estimated maximum value for all orders issued against this SATOC is $95 Million. There is no limit on the number of task orders that may be executed against the SATOC.
