DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Conduct an API internal inspection, wiper seal replacement and provide a draft and final report of findings at Offutt AFB, NE on Fac 580 in accordance with all laws standards, federal regulations, as well as any state and local regulations and guidelines.
