SOLICITATION The Corps of Engineers has a requirement for replacement of the Missouri River Project Administration Building siding and damaged windows, and all gutters and downspouts. The building is a single-story that was originally constructed in 2005 and is in need of work due to buildings age, flood damage and insufficiently waterproofed siding.
