The scope of this work is to replace the door panel assembly (in-kind, matching number of dogs and pressure rating of existing), hardware, and seal. The existing door frame shall have failed lead-based coating removed and door re-painted. Additional services are in the PWS (performance work statement) NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is NAICS 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electric) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business size standard of $8M.
