This solicitation is Unrestricted, Full & Open Competition. This project consists of professional services of an entity that can provide graduate level academic instruction for a maximum of 12 Corps employees. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Leadership Development Program is developed in accordance with Engineer Regulation 690-1-1214 to successfully prepare US Corp of Engineers’ future leaders. The intention of the program is to enable participants to apply what they have learned about leadership to their current position or transfer to another USACE location and seamlessly apply their gained knowledge to their new position. Offerors: Please be advised of on-line registration requirement for Representations and Certifications Application is in System for Award Management (SAM) via https://www.sam.gov. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
