This announcement constitutes a PRE-SOLICITATION notice in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2. On or about 30 July 2021, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces its intent to issue a solicitation for “Gavin’s Point Switchyard Road Rehab”. The solicitation will close on or about 31 August 2021. This solicitation is OPEN TO SMALL BUSINESSES. Site Visit: The site visit is tentatively scheduled for 5 August 2021 at 10:00 am. Address: 55245 Highway 121 (Gavins Point Project), Crofton, NE 68730. Project Description: The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform asphalt pavement replacement, asphalt overlay, pavement marking, and replacement and construction of curbs, gutters, and storm drainage features. The Period of Performance for this effort (including Options) is approximately 12 months. Estimated Magnitude of Construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard for Small Business of $39.5M.
