As a result, amendment 0002 reflects this change and revises the proposal submission date. All other terms and conditions remain the same. *Note: The attached amendment says "Draft"; however, this is due to technical issues with the system and the need to issue these changes the the solicitation as soon as possible. 25 August 2021 - AM0001 revises Sections 00 10 00, 00 21 00 and 00 22 00. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The Offeror is required to submit its offer on or before 31 August 2021 at 2:00 pm central time (local time) in accordance with the instructions found in Section 00 22 00 of the Solicitation. The resulting contract(s) awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Task Order Contract (MATOC) as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District. This is an ID/IQ, MATOC for Rapid Disaster Infrastructure under NAICS Code 236220, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers. Pursuant to 13 CFR 124.501, it has been determined that competition will be limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the SBA Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Missouri, or Kansas District Offices, and other 8(a) construction firms with a bona fide place of business, as defined by 123 CFR 124.501(k), within the geographical competitive area, and the assigned NAICS code. All other 8(a) participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers. Task orders will be issued as the need arises during the ordering period. The total ordering period is eight (8) years: there is a five (5) year base period and one three (3) year option period. Task orders may be cost plus fixed-fee (CPFF) or firm-fixed price (FFP) as identified in the solicitation. The contractor is required to be registered under NAICS code 236220 in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https//www/sam.gov/SAM/. The estimated maximum value for all orders issued against this MATOC is $254 Million. There is no limit on the number of task orders that may be executed against the MATOC.
