Perform fuel removal, transfer, or disposal of approximately 5,000 gallons of remaining fuel, clean the tank, then perform an AST Internal and External inspection on FAC 4302 Tank 23 at Robins Air Force Base, GA and wiper seal replacement. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the installation as to how the fuel will be transferred and stored during the services provided in this PWS. Any fuel or residual product that will be disposed of the contractor will be responsible to coordinate with environmental and safety authorities having jurisdiction to obtain and execute required permits, manifests, etc. Clean the tank and perform an internal API AST inspection to also include the visual inspection of the containment area.
