Project Description: The Advanced Contract Initiative (ACI) for Emergency Temporary Roof Repairs is the federal government’s initial mechanism for responding to emergency roof repairs caused by hurricanes, tropical storms, and other natural disasters. The solicitation will be for award of one (1) $45,000,000.00 Single Award Task OrderContract (SATOC) for the installation of emergency temporary roofing in the United States Virgin Islands. A indefinite delivery SATOC will be awarded from this solicitation for a 7-year duration which includes a 5-year base period and a 2-year option period. The solicitation is restricted to Small Business participation only . All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract from any DoD activity.
