***Amendment 0002 - Corrected Amendment 0002 attached completely revising Section 17.3.1. ***Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendement is to revise Section 00 22 10 in response to inquiries made on ProjNet. ***Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section 00 22 10 and Section 01 45 00.00 10 of the Division 01 specs in response to inquiries made on ProjNet. The Offeror is required to submit its offer on or before 2 December 2020 at 2:00 pm central time (local time) in accordance with the instructions found in Section 00 22 00 of the Solicitation. The resulting contract(s) awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Task Order Contract (MATOC) Small Business set-aside as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District. This is an ID/IQ, MATOC for Design-Build construction in Support of POL Facilities – Infrastructure under NAICS Code 237120, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District in the United States (CONUS, Alaska, and Hawaii) and outlying areas. Task orders will be issued as the need arises during the ordering period. Task orders may be firm-fixed price as identified in the solicitation. The contractor is required to be registered under NAICS code 237120 in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https//www/sam.gov/SAM/. The estimated maximum value for all orders issued against this MATOC is $349 Million. There is no limit on the number of task orders that may be executed against the MATOC. ***Note: A Draft RFP for this MATOC was previously posted to beta.sam.gov under solicitation number W9128F20R0059. The solicitation number has been updated to reflect the new fiscal year (FY 21). The new solicitation number is now W9128F21R0011.
